Lantum

Lantum’s workforce management platform helps NHS providers to e-roster, rapidly deploy and engage their workforce. Ramping up workforce and redeploying staff is of high importance for COVID-19 recovery. Lantum is a technology platform that helps organisations to e-roster their staff, rapidly redeploy them across organisational / departmental boundaries, and build flexible labour pools to help them ramp up their clinical capacity.

Lantum’s robust compliance processes and rules-based staff passport helps providers feel safe that only staff with the right skills will pick up extra shifts.

To boost the size of their flexible labour pools, providers can join together and create a collaborative staff bank on Lantum. To-date, Lantum has launched 130 collaborative staff banks across primary and secondary care and has saved millions for the NHS in doing so.

Staff love the app which allows them to view their e-rosters, find and pick up and swap shifts. Lantum can even pay them the next day with its home grown product “RocketPay.”

We have been proud to support organisations up and down the country with our new COVID-19 response functionality, allowing providers to post and prioritise COVID-19 shifts and conduct risk assessments for vulnerable staff,
